ABOUT US
julius erolin
Founder and Lead Consultant
For more than 25 years, julius has helped organizations implement transformative change. He specializes in organizational culture change, diversity and inclusion, equity and social justice, conflict engagement and management, intercultural competence and inclusive leadership. Based in Scotland, he provides consulting, training, facilitation, and coaching to clients across North America, Europe and Asia.
Previously, julius was the Managing Consultant for EW Group, a London-based consulting firm, where he worked with global companies, universities, non-profits and government agencies. He has worked extensively with organizations dealing with difficult change processes. He integrates current knowledge and practice from organizational development, intercultural studies, critical theories, neuroscience and internal martial arts to facilitate sustainable change. He is a faculty trainer for the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI), the leading global instrument for measuring and developing intercultural competence.
Prior to moving to the UK, julius was an Organizational Effectiveness Consultant for the University of Minnesota, where he provided guidance to leaders, faculty, staff and students. He also served as the Associate Director at the University of Minnesota's Office of Equal Opportunity, and Director of Equity and Diversity for St. Paul Housing Agency, where he provided expertise in EEO law and policy, affirmative action and diversity management.
julius was born in the Philippines and immigrated to the US at the age of 11. He earned his degree in English Literature from UCLA and received his law degree from University of California Hastings Law School.
ABOUT US
Alex A. Erolin
Organizational Consultant
Alex A. Erolin is an organizational development scholar and practitioner with over three decades of leadership experience in government, non-profit organizations and higher education. He is a retired US Air Force officer and worked as an international humanitarian worker after military service serving in both leadership and consulting roles in Eastern Europe, Asia, and Africa.
Alex’s international experience working with people of different nationalities, ethnicities, and cultural backgrounds, and his experiences as a young Asian immigrant in Chicago, Illinois, galvanized into his professional and scholarly interests in diversity, equity, & inclusion (DEI). He has particular interest in the application of critical race theory as a DEI framework for organizational change. His consulting experience in organizational development and change includes state agencies, non-profit service organizations, and institutions of higher learning. His research interests are focused on systemic/structural inequities and ways current diversity practices perpetuate privilege, power, and dominance.
Alex holds a BA in Philosophy from Excelsior College, New York, an MBA from University of Nebraska, and an EdD in Organizational Development from University of St. Thomas, Minnesota. He is an Assistant Professor of Leadership and Management at The College of Idaho in Caldwell, Idaho.
